Hi mates! Thank you for your kind attention,
I've a particular configuration, I've to remotely drive a server with a keyboard (work as hotkeys), I was thinking to connect an usb wireless keyboard to a near laptop (which is used for display something else, and have no users touching more keyboard) and connect this laptop by vnc to the server. Ok, but if the window of vnc client will be not active how can I keep sending keystrokes to the server? Any possible way to keep the client window in background always listening for keyboard? Thank you a lot!

Unfortunately not that i know of, as this would be basically a keylogger application over network.
One thing i can think of that would be relatively cheap to setup is a raspberry pi machine with a vnc client on it, have this client auto start and connect to "server' on computer start. that way your getting the always active connection you need and its not likely to be disturbed by another users interactions.
Unfortunately i haven't played with any vnc Clients (viewers) on a Pi yet, so you would need to do some research on that.
And who doesn't like a good Pi every now and then...
