Using the [Direct] Statement [Solved]

Post by Gr8_Dane »

Hi,

I have been using SC for a while now with great results. However since I only have one host that people connect to, I want to use the [Direct] statement to skip people from having to doubleclick "Internet Support" every time.

I have tried putting "-DIRECT" after the "-noregistry" in my helpdesk.txt file, but it didnt work. Can someone tell me how and where I need to use the [DIRECT] statement in order for it to work ?

Thanks for a great app.

I use PcHelpWare which is the latest version of single click. With that software I just add -direct to the end of the -connect line, but I believe SC is a bit different. Try this [topic=6463][/topic].

in the helpdesk.txt you need to have only one [host] entry (which you have) and then after that entry, place the [direct] statement

take a look at my SVN for an example http://svn.aus.st/filedetails.php?repna ... rev=0&sc=0

hope this helps
