viewer - server. necessary to install server x2 ?

Post by roadkill »

Ok, i have installed the server and viewer on the master machine (professionals) machine. all ports are configered and the viewer is listening.

On the clients machine (who is asking for help) i have sent, via email the configured helpdesk.txt - - .exe file.

in theory, if the client clicks the exe, my viewer should listen and make connection right?

or does the client also need to install the server?
