I have noted in a previous post uvnc.com the same problem with this log :

The problem is not resolved and it is always impossible to start pchelpware whatever the settings. I appreciate your help. Many thanks.

I would not use ID 1234 it is very possible that another person is using it at the same time you are causing the problem
