Pchelpware is not Ultra VNC so there is really nothing to install
If you follow the online documentation along with the step by steps. You should be able to get it to work..

May I politely suggest that if you cannot set it up after reading all the documentation, you may be better suited using Windows Remote Control.

Have you used any other type of VNC software before?? I am not understanding where your problem is?

Just keeping pounding away at it and you'll get it eventually! When I first started using ultravnc it was a bit confusing, but I just kept testing it and messing around and I finally understood how it works. I'm sure you can do the same with pchelpware; it's more straight forward than it looks, just don't over think it
