HI.
I cant seem to make a exe that works... I really need help with this.
What happens is as follows:
I create the text file and zip it. I then upload to the website, and then download my exe.
i then put the exe onto one of my test computers and try to connect to another computer on the lan. What happens then is: Double click on the exe and it brings up the "Run / Save / Cancel" options. Once you say run, it doesnt even open the screen to let you choose who to connect to. All it does is go into listen mode.
Any ideas?
(Please dont suggest using anything other than VNC SC as that is NOT AN OPTION!)

UltraVNC SC "Listen mode???"
Re: UltraVNC SC "Listen mode???"
Does your network have any tools such as Cisco Security agent that could be blocking the running of the .exe??? Have you tried to run this on any other computer??

Re: UltraVNC SC "Listen mode???"
thanks for your help. No we dont run anything that "should" block the exe from running. I have tried this on all the pcs in my domain. Still nothing.
I have now convinced my IT manager to move over to pchelpware.
Thanks anyways.
