Connection Active Message

I am having a strange problem getting SC to work properly. I seem to have all items setup such as; opened ports in OS and forward ports in router, setup static IPs, and triple checked the settings.

I can connect with both the browser and Viewer Client method except via SC.

When the connection is established via SC a message appears as a balloon message as follows:

Connection Active.
Waring, your desktop is remote visable
You can break the connection any time
by using the close button

Then message dissappears and no window or startup of the applciation. There are no connections available in the server and no other apps running to show that SC is somewhere in the background.

This also happens when connecting via local or remote external connections.

Note: OS is Win XP Pro with SP2 and latest updates. No antivirus and light firewall settings. Opened ports for UltraVNC server and Viewer. Recent fresh install of OS.

Any suggestions?

if you have an old sc, it should close itself if there existing winvnc running at background.
and any software using same port of SC fail and close itself.
