UltraVNC and SC new user

Hi im new to this, im a little lost though
All i want to do is, send my customer a link they click on it and it installs a temp file, and then on my computer i can see them and thats pretty much it, how can i do this, i would like them to click on my name in the box and that connects me to there computer.

is there a way to do this??
