So far everything I see indicates that "Single Click" UltraVNC really takes two clicks to get it going...
Click #1) Launch it from Explorer or from Desktop icon
Click #2) Click one of the preconfigured help sites
So, I guess it should be named "Double Click" UltraVNC, or DC!
To get a true Single Click, it should be possible to create a configuration that, when launched from the Desktop or from Explorer, would automatically connect to (one, default, preferred) preconfigured help site.
A command line option should be available so that shortcuts could be created to alternately connect to other preconfigure help sites, by name. Something like sc -s sitename_from_HELPDESK.TXT
It would also be convenient if a utility existed to alter which of the preconfigured sites is the default, without rebuilding SC.
Or did I miss something in the documentation, which would allow the connection to be created as soon as the program is launched?

If you configure the file to be DIRECT, it will not require the user to 'double click' on the .exe file, and then 'double click' on the name of the support person you wish to connect to, assuming there is more than one. They would only have to double click on the .exe file on the desktop, which would still require 2 clicks!
So, if you really look at it, there is at least 4 clicks, not 2 or 1 for that mater! With this in mind, I guess we could call it QC or QuadClick.

Well, yes, users that haven't turned on single click in their Windows Desktop would have to double click to launch. So double click on Windows + double click inside SC would be quad click QC!If you configure the file to be DIRECT, it will not require the user to 'double click' on the .exe file, and then 'double click' on the name of the support person you wish to connect to, assuming there is more than one. They would only have to double click on the .exe file on the desktop, which would still require 2 clicks!
But if DIRECT gets rid of the double click inside SC, and the user turns on single click on the desktop, or puts the icon in his toolbar, then it can achieve true SC.
Thanks for the response!
