change log:
- added connection to a php page that register each connection (duration, customer id and operator id)
- in the helpdesk.txt i've put my own client id and operator id (binded with the ip)
- unique ip to connect at (like DIRECT directive)
There is a little problem: this edited SC works only with a modified version (that i've edited) of the vncviewer.
