Yes, apparently Intel included some extra (slower) routines that are only used on non-Intel CPUs.
As I don't use ICL myself I'm afraid I can't provide any direct help.
A quick Google search showed e.g. this:
http://www.swallowtail.org/naughty-intel.html which includes a script, but for the Intel Fortran Compiler.
I first read about this 'check' in the ffdshow-development thread at Doom9 (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?p ... post773914 )
As ffdshow is pretty CPU intensive, they experiment quite a lot with different compilers, settings etc. and should be able to help if the patch/workaround can not easily be found.

Sorry for posting @ the wrong place
Is there any way to set the window size @launch ?
because all my servers are @1024x768 and its really a pain having to resize the window all the time.
Another little problem happens when I have to connect to multiple servers and one of those is in Multiscreen 2x (1024x768) there is an horizontal scrollbar on the bottom (to scroll the multi) but to have the full screen you will have to resize vertically the viewer then if you switch to another server wich is not multiscreen an you turn back to the multiscreen server you will have to resize the viewer again.
Is there any thing I can do to fix these little problems ?
Again big thanks for all the work put in this nice piece of software !
(All servers and client are running Windows XP SP2)

The cause is dsmplugin on vnc server 1.0.1 (not viewer)Techfan wrote: downloaded it (1.29) and it is crashing on me any time I try to connect to more than one session?
I use 1.01 for the servers with the DSM plugin and domain authentication. . .

No workaround for now.
I just have to fix the problem and I've already several ideas to try

Vnc viewer tab REL 1 28
Does anyone have or can direct me on how to compile my vnc viewer so only people with my viewer can connect to my server?
If anyone has done this it would be greatly appreciated.

Re: Vnc viewer (tab) REL 1.28
If you use the dsm plugin and create keys files, only the viewers with this viewer keyfile can connect.
