UltraVNC Server for Linux

Post by rgreen »

I have used UltraVNC Viewer to control PC's networked with a remote Linux server.
Is there an UltraVNC Server that will run on a Linux Server so I can control KDE or GNOME running on the remote Linux server console?
Does SourceForge have a product that can do this?

There is no UltraVNC Server for Linux.
But you can use other VNC flavors for that purpose.
See e.g. http://www.tightvnc.com/
