A client of mine, when connected to me using SC, only gives me a black screen. I'm 100% sure it has to do with his screen resolution. He has one of those widescreen laptops. 1280 x 800 I think. In this resolution I only see black. Yet the other day he was hooked up to an InFocus projector (forced into 800x600) and SC worked fine.
Please advise on what to do, as his usual day to day work keeps him in the higher/wider screen resolution and we need vnc to work.
