connect one host to several clients

Hallo,

I have one computer from where I want to start manually the vncserver ("winvnc -run").
Then I want to show this computer on several clients, where vncviewer is running in listenmode.
The commands to connect to the clients looks like "winvnc -connect 192.168.1.10 -connect 192.168.1.11 -connect ..." ? This worked correctly with tightvnc.
But in the ultravnc-documentation I found the command "-multi". Have I to use this command instead of "-run" to connect to several clients?

not work with vncviewer 1.0.1
-multi is for use with XP and FUS enabled and winvnc running as USER mode
and vncviewer can connect on next port available on vnc server of different user session.

What means "USER mode "? Were is it explained (in the documentation?)?
