Connection freezes/lost after initial screen

Hello everybody,

we downloaded SC yesterday and successfully tested it in our local network and over the internet. Our customers connect to our company linux server from which the support staff "fetches" the connection via ssh-remote-link. This works as expected and everybody is happy because it's easier for the customer's now.

Nonetheless, today we had a customer who started the connection, our support staff accepted the connection, the initial screen loaded correctly and in normal speed but then - the conneciton freezed. We didn't see what the customer did and couldn't take any (blind) action, too.

What could cause this, any ideas?

BTW: When there's only one connection in the SC-Client - what about simply asking "connect to xyz now?" instead of displaying the whole screen and having to double-click the single entry?

We tested the connection from our PCs here and everything works - but at the customer we still have the problem. What could cause such a strange behaviour?

I mean, if the connection couldn't be established at all or so - that would be clear. But the connection is set up, the first screen is loaded correctly but then everything freezes. Any ideas?

freeze would be animated picture or something like that.

workaround would fix your issue:

check your vncviewer... options... ---mouse cursor ---
Let remote server deal with local cursor
