Help needed for SC

I am trying to connect two pc for testing ultravnc single click.one machine is inside firewall & another one outside.I am trying port 5925 to connect.the machine behind firewall is support machine & outside firewall machine is remote machine.i opened port 5925 for any to my support machine IP ,i can see the traffic comming from remote machine (outside firewall).But cant connect ,i dont understand what setting should i use for text file ,which IP should i use in that support machine or client one? also whats the syntax for that.How to start ultravnc viewer for 5925 port ,what should i put in VNC server field?? when i double click on .exe file from client side winvnc.exe (listen mode) comes up for few seconds & then remove from task bar .
Help me to solve this problem .

2nd,
always begin as simple as possible
mean use always standard port of software you are trying.
default vnc flavor listening port 5500

and when successfull your connection
you have experience, so you can handle more difficult level !
you can change to your own port 5925 as example below:



SingleClick (customer side)
for use by customer/friend preconfigured by yourself
helpdesk.txt content (partial):
[HOST]
Internet support
-connect ip_address::port -noregistry
or
-connect hostname::port -noregistry

example:
[HOST]
Internet support
-connect 123.123.123.123::5925 -noregistry
or
-connect myhost.dyndns.org::5925 -noregistry


viewer command line: (your side)
Start... Run...
"C:\Program Files\UltraVNC\vncviewer.exe" -listen 5925

but what IP or server address should i use for VNC server ??

anyway, SingleClick(winvncsc) need to know IP or hostname addressto of the viewer
reason: reverse connection, server connec to viewer !

but depend of answers from below

static IP or dynamic IP ?

(Internet) external usage or (only on your private LAN) internal usage ?
public IP address or private IP address ?
