I would like to download and try UltraVNC SC, but the URL
http://sc.uvnc.com/index.php?section=13
is not working...

Is the serveur down?
Where could I get the software?

now it is possible to access the server. I don't know, why I couldn't reacht it. I checked it with two different PC's with two different providers ...
