Cannot understand how to use UltraVNC SC

Hello. I read somewhere about this UltraVNC SC remote support app, I liked its advertised features, and Google led me to this website. However, I absolutely can't understand how to use it or even where to download it. I failed to find any sensible documentation about these subjects, only links to some webpages where you supposedly enter a username, a password and a zip file with some data, and the webpage magically returns a ready for use UltraVNC SC. However, for some reason these webpages all timeout instead of returning any files. Now, I'm not the sharpest tool in the shed, but IMHO this process shouldn't be so hard, should it? Anyway, I have been unable so far to download any UltraVNC SC, so are there any alternative download locations?
