Hi!
How to use UltraVNC if the computer I want to control has an IP from DHCP?
(the IP is real - but can be changed)
How to use UltraVNC if the computer I want to control has an IP from CGNAT?
(An IP - from the provider (DHCP?) - the provider has an internal (usually unknown ip) - and a local IP address for the computer.)
Or do I have to choose TeamViewer or create VPN.. to solve this?

There are service like dyndns that solves this.
Independed of the ip, the server keeps the same dyndns name.
You then connect to mypcByDyndns... that's translated to the correct ip.

Is this the service https://account.dyn.com/ you mean?
Can you explain a bit more?
Does it really solve the difficulty of CGNAT?

DHCP
Your pc send a message to the service.
I'm account 123456879_uioh and have ip address a.b.c.d, when the ip change he resend a new message with the new ip.
Dyndns run a dns service
nslookup 123456879_uioh-> a.b.c.d
The same as
nslookup uvnc.com -> 46.4.8.173
This solves the issue of dhcp ( your pc get an official ip address)
CGNAT/CGN , never used it
Please read

You always can use the ultravnc repeater, this doesn't require ip addresses and works nat2nat
