SecureVNCPlugin Authentication Failure

We upgraded our computer and reloaded the same verion of UVNC that we were using prior. We now recieve a message "SecureVNCPlgin: Authentication Failed, (no plugin interface available)" . We get this when attempting to use the UVNC viewer. Coule there be an incompatability with our new HP Laptop? We tried version 1.2.4.0 which is the one we have been using and also tried the latest 1.4.3.1
