Hello all,
I have installed UltraVNC_1_2_40_X64 on my Windows Remote Gateway environment to allow students access to our training environment.
Some students can't ogon to the system using the required username and password.
I see that they are typing in the correct credentials. We even typed it in Notepad and copied into the UltraVNC logon screen, but it's not accepted.
When I take over their screen (Zoom session) and enter the credentials they are in.
I typed the same credentials in a notepad for them, but when I copy and paste it, it's rejected again!??
Most students don't have this problem, just a few.
What causes this behavior and how can I solve this?

I still don't know the cause, but I've upgraded to UltraVNC_1_3_81_X64_Setup and now this issue is cleared.
