version 1.3.6.0 + problems with "file Transfer" and "chat" options

Good night,
i updated today ultravnc for the last version(i already used it before on daily basis), the server and also the client.
But when i tried to use the "file Transfer" and "chat" options/funtions , i got this message " the connected VNS server doesnt support UltraVNC file transfer" or "text chat"
I have already tried to check the configurations on the server side and also on the client side, lots of times and it seems that everything is ok.
I already tried to uninstall / install again the server and the problem still happens.
I tried on google, but what i found there (cheeking option´boxes on client and server) i already did also.
On previous versions (i don't remember witch ones) i used this fantastic functions/options without problems.
any thoughts about this?

Normal get this when the protocols between server and viewer differ.

Is the server and viewer UltraVNC?
Sometimes another server is still running on port 5900, and a second is started on port 5901.
Please verify if the server is UltraVNC and that the port is indeed the port you connect to.

If it's disable by a settings; you still get the button and when opening FileTransfer, you see
WARNING: File Transfer is disabled on the Remote Machine

i had two different servers (UltraVNC and TightVNC) working at the same time.
i uninstall the tightVNC server
Now everything is ok
