Creating Custom Encryption Keys

I am having trouble following the instructions to create a custom private/public key (rc4.key) for use with a customer uvnc executable. I am trying to follow the instructions from this link.

But when I launch the "UltraVNC Viewer" (32 bit version 1.2.4) on Windows 10, check the box for "Use Encryption" the button for "config encryption plugins" is greyed out? I wanted to add a screenshot but could not see any place to upload/attach an image.

How can I create a custom rc4.key for the server and clients?

Any suggestions :)
