Unable to connect using UltraVNC 1.2.4

Hello, I've just made a new UltraVNC 1.2.4 Server installation, on a Windows 10 client.
When I test the connection using loopback (from the uvnc client on the same machine), my connection is rejected. The Info message is "Too many security failures" (Server with only a vnc password and no encryption, client with no encryption).
When I try to add Encryption on both (I tried the 2 plugins) the message is "Server Closed Connection, manual closed, Network disconn".

Need help please.
