Viewer fails on versions later than RC19.4

I'm having difficulty with all versions past RC19.4. When i start the viewer I just get a small window that says info and an OK button. I have uninstalled, cleaned the install directoriy and the registry and reinstalled several times with no luck.

I have insalled 1.0.0 on two other computers with no problems.

I need some help.

start ... run ... explorer %temp%
if exist (not yet deleted) you can see options.vnc

Thanks redge. I can't find it. So I think it must be deleted somehow. I still have the same problem but I found a solution (see next post)
