215.35 mb = 0 bytes <- DISREGARD!!!

Post by sgt-d »

a friend of mine is running ultravnc 1.0.0 final on two windows xp pro computers. everything works perfectly except file transfers.

when he transfers a file 163.50 mb it seems to work fine, on the remote computer it shows up as 163.50 mb.

but when he transfers a file 215.35 mb (or higher presumably), the remote computer shows the file as 0 bytes.

can anyone confirm this problem?

is it fixed in the 1.0.1 pre-release?

update: i tested some files locally and had no problems sending and receiving up to 699.50 mb with ultravnc 1.0.0 official - so for now, disregard this message.

update2: closed. this post was based on my friend's report - but it turned out to be an operator error on his part: the destination drive was full. it was able to get smaller files, but not larger ones. sorry. :P~
