error creating listening daemon vnc listen

I am having problems on a Windows 8.1 station, when I run UltraVNC Listen Mode it presents the error of Error Creating Listening Daemon: (Error binding Daemon socket) Perhaps another VNCViewer is already running?, however it does not have other services listening on the same port and not an open VNC application, I already uninstalled the program cleaning all the records and installed again because the error persists, could anyone help me?

Default listen port is 5500, check if it's already in use
taskmgr->resource monitor-> tab network
In this sample you see winvnc.exe listening op port 5900 and 5800
