WTF I CAN ONLY FKING edit files inside FKING vnc Folder WTF???? cant edit any files in root i cant find any tutorial how to get all permission??????

"program files" is a secure folder...has nothing todo with vnc but with the UAC OS protection

Workaround
start notepad.exe with run as admin, now you can save in "program files"
copy file to a temp folder, edit and copy back
