Connection Problem

Post by MrTAToad »

I'm experimenting with SC with one of our customers. At their end, we've tried 3 XP machines and 2 Windows 2000 machines to connect to mine, and all but one (which is a Windows 2000 machine) all fail to connect (they just sit around trying to establish a connection).

They use Sophos AV on their machines, and a hardware firewall. All machines are connected to the same network, and all have the latest updates.

Can anyone think of a reason why 4 machines would fail, but one will ?

How do you have the viewer connected on your side is it through a repeater or directly to a VNC viewer box???
