Rookie Having Problems Using SC...

I am trying to get SC to work by testing it on a pair of PC's here in the office and am having trouble...

I place the machine at 192.169.1.202 on Listen Mode via Ultr@VNC Viewer and the tray icon displays the system is listening on port 5500.

I open the executable created by the SC creator on machine 192.169.1.201 and nothing happens save for the 5 minute try period etcteras, ballon message appearing.

I know there must be something I am missing...

Any help from the Pro's on what I am doing wrong?

open port 5500 on your computer running vncviewer -listen mode on xp sp2 windows firewall or any other software firewall on others windows that block incoming unknown software (no effect normally on LAN)
or
unblock UltraVNC inside antivirus NAV2005 block some software

before I tried SC I installed Ultra VNC on both machines and remoted to both machines from both machines. then uninstalled Ultra on 192.169.1.201 to test the SC software, since the Ultra worked shouldn't the SC version work too using the code I have?

close all applications and
delete all content from folder Temp
C:\Documents and Settings\Rookie\Local Settings\Temp\
