Negotiate Protocol Version Stuck

I'm running version 1.2.10 64 bit of UltraVNC Viewer on a Windows 10 PC with SonicWall VPN to my other PC. The other is a Windows XP SP2 running UtlraVNC Win32 Server 1.0.5.

On my Windows 10 PC I'm getting stuck at "Negotiate Protocol Version" and it will not go past that point.

Any assistance would be appreciated!
