UVNC 1.2.0.5 MS logon groups

Post by TMan »

I'm trying to configure the MS logon groups to use only the local administrators group. (group1 = Adminstrators, locDom1 = 1)

However, the local admins group contains an Active Directory group which is a roll-up of other AD domain groups, so it's not a flat group.
No luck with authentication.
(BTW, I'm not using the NEW MS LOGON).

Are there issues with recursion in groups?

The old mslogon only use local groups and users.
AD require the new mslogon.

OK.
What I want is to have the local admin group be the final authority.
So, whether a user is a member of an active directory group (which could contain nested groups) or the owner of that workstation,
all those users or groups MUST be in the local admins group for UVNC authentication.
I've tried many permutations with no luck.
