I am facing a problem with the Ultra VNC Viewer running on a win xp system to which I am connected to via RDP.
I have several drives from my local machine shared with the remote machine via RDP. The drives are visible in the Windows Explorer on the remote machine.
With the VNC Viewer running on the remote machine I am connected to a second remote machine.
The VNC Viewer File Transfer Dialog doesn't list these rdp-connected drives.
Is this a bug or is it possible to configure anything, that these drive are shown.
I am using UltraVnc 1.2.0.4.
Thank you!
Christian

Re: Filetransfer Dialog doesn't show drives shared via RDP
FT impersonate user need to be on.
This is for normal mapped folders, we never tested it with rdp mapped drives.winvnc running as service act as SYSTEM, mapped folders exist only for the desktop user, not the SYSTEM user
Using the impersonate user option, the service try to impersonate the dektop user so he has the same permission and maps as the desktop user
