Ultra tiny dot cursor
Ultra tiny dot cursor
I am totally new to this and a dummy user! I just got this working perfectly and really satisfied BUT I may not use this software as I got an ultra tiny cursor as a client. It is an almost invisible white dot. That makes the software useless as I have to search for the cursor 90% of the time!!! Is there a procedure to make that cursor decently visible? May be a patch? I can't imagine and believe that those who hardly worked on this made such an elementary error. I am on Windows 8.1. Many thanks!

Re: Ultra tiny dot cursor
Thanks for the quick reply! I don't understand too much what you try to explain... I selected ALL 3 possibilities and everyone still shows the tiny dot.
I finally got a bigger and "non standard (round with an inner cross)" dot by selecting "single window". This is a big help as I see now a cursor.
Will that tiny dot problem be fixed with a standard cursor on a next version?

Re: Ultra tiny dot cursor
Anyone else has this issue ? How to get only the dot.
I'm unable to repeat this.
Are you using the default server settings ?
OS ?
running as service ?
Please try to give as many info as possible
pm ( ultravnc.ini) erase the passwd in it.
Sorry, but first we need to be able to repeat it before we can fix something.
Viewer
press [delete saved settings] button to be sure you use the default.
