Could you say how many concurrent support sessions a repeater can handle, assuming adequate hardware? (Apologies if this info is elsewhere, can't find it).

The factor is the bandwidth.
5MB stream require 10MB ( 5up+5down)
If you have 100MB -> 10-20 simultanious connections ( depend on the screen changes)
