No cursor on Ubuntu Linux system

Post by rsutton »

I am running uvnc 1.1.9.0 ( but this happens on previous versions as well) on a win7 & win 8 client machines. When I login to my Ubuntu 12.04 LTS desktop, all I get is a 'dot' for a cursor. All the windows uvnc servers display an 'arrow' when connected. I've noticed this for some number of releases. Can this be fixed?

I really don't want to select options each time I go to a Linux machine (to select 'Let remote server deal with the cursor').

Thanks for a great program...
Dick
