L2TP VPN
L2TP VPN
I have recently installed a firewall and therefore changed the VPN connectivity for my network from Cisco Client to L2TP. After doing so, all computers using VNC 1.1.8.0 immediately, present the viewer screen for a split second then close, after entering the password. Older versions still work fine, using SSL VPN instead also works as well, but I would like to stay on the preferred method of using L2TP since it requires no client. There is no firewall blocking the traffic, all other protocols work, ping/icmp works with name or direct ip. Adjusting MTU does not help. It's just L2TP on the new version of Ultravnc. Any ideas?!
Re: L2TP VPN
are you using the SecureVNC-plugin by any chance?
I guess that something is adjusting the package sizes along the way and that causes a tamper-reaction
