I have a laptop that's got Ubuntu 12, and WINE 4. I was able to successfully install UltraVNC x.6.2, and it connects to every computer, directly, but if I try to use an ID:xxxx, the remote computer's screen flashes, like it's coming up, then UltraVNC disconnects and crashes, on my side. i'm running v2.0 of the distributor, on my server. I do have another Ubuntu box, with 12 installed, that connects perfectly, as well, even using the ID. I have mirrored the WINE configuration, as best I can, but I can't seem to get it to work, on my laptop.
Does anyone have any experience or ideas?
