QuerySettings For Domain Admin

We have Display Query Window timeout set to 15 secs and if you it does timeout it rejects the connection. We are using the New MS Logon for Authentication with to groups Domain Admin's which has full rights and vncusers which has view rights. What I want to see if their is a way that if a Domain Admin trys to shadow a PC and it does timeout that it will let them in but if the vncusers group trys and it times out that it will reject the connection. Is there a way to do it.
