I read some of the userguides but have a lot of questions. First of all, I want to try ultravnc as it is open course. I'm a pc technician and it happens that a customer ask me to help him from distance.
the userguides explain how to set things. But does not define the terms that are been used. is there any userguide that explains in a depth , so the result will be a working connection and I understand every bit of it??
