1SCDLL.dll in C# Application

Hello @ all,

i´m writing on a Software to connect to other Computers about the pchelpware dll´s.

But when i trie to open a Server with the 1SCDLL.dll i get a Exception.
Here´s my code:

[DllImport   ("1SCDLL.dll")]
        public static extern void Start_server( string strID, 
                                                string strRepeaterAddr,
                                                string Hostname, 
                                                int intPort, 
                                                string strPasswd,
                                                bool blProxy
                                               );

Do anyone know if it´s possible to import the dll´s into c#?
