I don't see a 1.0.9.6.2 thread.. so I'll post here.. I installed the latest fresh on a new win7 (64 bit) and don't have the normal icons that I'm
used to.
Did the icons get changed to something more bland? Can I change them back to what I'm used to ?
Jim

Did you install using the .msi file out of curiousity? i've been testing the .msi file within our organisation, but unfortunately I can't get it working like I want it to, one of the downsides being the icons look bland rather than the colourful eyeball boxes we're used to.

What icons are you talking about.
Systray icon
Icon in program folder ( size)
I can't repeat it on win7 x64, icons look normal to me.
The icons are embedded in the exe, the installer doesn't change them

Hi Rudi,
When I tested dropping the uVNC msi package on a few machines, it creates desktop icons for all users and icons in the start menu - it's these icons that I'm referring to.
The System tray icon looks fine, but the rest appear like some kind of text file or something?

thanks! I finally got around to installing it.
I assume just the MSI was rebuilt? The program still says 10962.
