When I am in a Windows 7 machine and they logon\off the VNC viewer will close then it takes several seconds to be able to connect again?

That's how it works at present, stemming from the newer Vista/Win7 security model. It may be fixed in a future release from what I understand.

Ok, thanks. I installed tightVNC server on one machine as a test and it does not do it, but we like the domain auth feature of Ultra.
