UltraVNC Win 32 Viewer 1.0.1 Release and Windows 7
My company uses this viewer for remoting into PC's, however I have noticed an issue when we remote in clients with Windows 7 PC's. We all run XP, however when we remote into clients that use Windows Vista or 7 PC's, there is an EXTREME lag between what we do and what shows on the screen or what they do and we see. It is slower than the dial up support I have used. Is there some kind of upgrade or setting we need changed to have a more real time support experience? When we remote into Windows 2000 or XP computer there is almost no lag time. It only seems to happen with Windows 7 PC's. Does anyone have any suggestions or help?
