Windows 7 Color Scheme Problems After Following Earlier Post

The server is a laptop running Windows 7 Home Premium 64. The viewer is running Windows Vista Home Premium 64.

The server is running in silent service. Whenever I try to connect with the viewer the server gets the "color scheme changed to Windows 7 Basic" message and the wallpaper goes black.
I tried following the recommendations in this thread: http://forum.ultravnc.info/viewtopic.php?t=27148
which said to do the following on the server computer:

start uvnc_settings as computer administrator
tab Screen capture
checkbox activated only on
[x]Poll Full screen and [x] poll foreground
and Advanced
[x]System HookDll

[ ]Capture Alpha blending
[ ]Remove Aero
[ ]Remove Wallpaper on viewer request

but I still get the same result.

Any further help would be appreciated.

Does it work with Capture Alpha Blending turned ON?

This happen if aero get disabled on viewer connect (server option)

turn off video hook works for me
