Building up a remote support for our customers

Post by hbanko »

Hi,

I am thinking about setting up some remote support, using UVNC and Chunkrepeater. The functionality should be similar like TeamViewer.

But there are a few things I don't know. Can the repeater accept more than one session at a time? Each session would get his own ID of course.

When this works, I would setup UVNC on each computer as a service and the computer would straight away connect to our repeater.

If this a possible way to go?

Yes, and yes.

But you may have mixed luck reconnecting over time if the clients and servers are not online at the same time.
