1096.1 Feedback on issues

Post by jmone »

I've read the threads and updated to 1096.1 and find the following:

Server: Win7 64-Bit with SecureVNCPlugin64.dsm. Two Monitors, Primary on the Right, Secondary on the Left
Cleint: Win7 32-Bit with SecureVNCPlugin.dsm

Connection = Warning on Client "You have specificed an encryption plugin, however this connection in unencrupted! Do you want to continue?" After pressing YES I log in fine and under VNC Connection Info on the client it says I am "Using Plugin: SecureVNCPlugin - 2.3.0.0" Note: The top bar of the client windows says it is in "service mode"

Chat Crash = Fixed :)

Select Full Desktop / Switch Monitor: Switches from displaying Primary and Full Desktop. After awhile the client will suddeny only show the Primary Monitor TWICE in while in full desktop mode (eg erasing the Secondary Monitor display). No rotation to Second Monitor only.

About WinVNC on the server says I have UltraVNC Win32 Server 1.0.9.6 even though I downloaded the x64 build

Thanks
Nathan

SecureVNCPlugin
Client say
Using Plugin: SecureVNCPlugin - 2.3.0.0
(no encryption)
This is correct.

about x64 ok, fixed

10961 had no changes for the desktop behaviour, this is the same as in
1096.
Desktop review sheduled but this is a complex part gonna take a while.
