Warning message when connecting with no password

Ok installed 1.0.9.6 on Windows XP

Have set in ultravnc.ini -
DisableTrayIcon=1
AuthRequired=0
passwd=
passwd2=
(just blank with nothing)

also set service to not interact with desktop.

But when I go to connect I'm not prompted for a password but I get an message showing up:

WARNING: This machine has been preconfigured to allow un-authenticated connections to be accepted and to prevent users from enabling authentication.

How can I stop this coming up all the time?

please try this fix if solve your issue (winvnc+vncviewer) without colateral damage
