Advertisement: How do I get rid of it in SC

With some of my users SC connects and stays connected. With others, when I am uploading a file, an advert pops up and when I close the advert it disconnects the remote site. Not worried about the advert but the disconnection requires a phone call to get them to reconnect and they can be in another country. So cost is a factor.

Strange, we don't have advertising in SC.

Unless you reffer to the teamviewer ad in the viewer error box.
You can disable this gif display by a viewer option, but the box popup
on an error, so even without ad you still get the error box.

Thanks Rudi. Yes it is the Team Viewer ad. This problem only occurs while I am uploading a file, never at any other time. It also only happens with certain sites. What causes the error and how do I get a more reliable connection?
