First off, thanks in advance for any help given.
Anyway, After downloading and installing UltraVNC, there seemed to be a little problem. I couldnt connect to the internet, at all. I cant even remove UltraVNC, becuse I dont have permission. I have Windows 7, and id greatly apreiate your help. thanks

Are you physically at the machine on which you installed the software?
Do you have administrative rights to that machine or know someone who does? If not, there's not much we could do... Even so, I've never heard of VNC interfering with normal local use of the machine...
What kind of network / ISP setup are you using?
